The Plaintiffs failed to prove that the Defendants were parties to or had notice of any fraud in the acquisition and registration of the suit land. The court found that the 1st and 2nd Defendants acquired plot 827 as bonafide purchasers for value without notice, having relied on a Grant that was valid and unchallenged at the time of purchase. The subsequent annulment of the Grant did not retroactively affect their title. The Plaintiffs did not adduce evidence that the Defendants had knowledge of the fraudulent Grant or that the caveat was visible at the time of the transaction.
