The objection regarding authentication of annextures fails in light of binding Court of Appeal authority, which holds that failure to verify and seal annextures does not invalidate a properly commissioned affidavit. However, the affidavit in support contained a forged signature on Annexture 'C', amounting to a falsehood. Applying the principle from Bitaitana vs Kananura, the presence of a falsehood renders the entire affidavit suspect and invalidates the application.
