Upon dismissal of the main suit on 18th April 2023, the injunction lapsed, and all applications arising from the suit, including the injunction, were dismissed. The Respondent's construction activities occurred during the period when the suit was dismissed and no injunction was in force. When the suit was reinstated on 10th November 2023, the Applicant did not seek reinstatement of the temporary injunction, nor did the court issue any such order.
