The court found that the plaintiffs failed to provide sufficient evidence to prove that the suit land formed part of the estate of the late John Tibenderana. By the time the Administrator General distributed the estate in 2005, the land was already registered in the names of the defendant and Florence Tibenderana as of 4th September 2000. There was no evidence presented to show that the late John Tibenderana owned the land at the time of his death or that it was ever placed under the Administrator General's administration.
