The suit land at Kasunga forms part of Erasto's estate and, in the absence of proper administration, remains undivided and subject to succession law. The defendant's claim to exclusive ownership through maternal inheritance was unsupported by evidence and contradicted by the consent judgment in HCCS 20 of 2013, which recognized the land as part of Erasto's estate.
