The lease agreement between TransSahara International (U) Ltd and UNAFRI was terminated due to non-payment of rent prior to the issuance of the warrant of attachment. Although the judgment debtor was in possession of the property at the time the warrant was issued, there was insufficient evidence that the attachment was properly executed, as required by the Civil Procedure Rules.
