1. That the following people take charge of administration of the estate pending final disposal of this suit. 2. Mr. Joseph Byamahanga - Executor 3. Mr. Francis A. W. Bwengye - Executor 4. Schola Nyanjura- Widow/Executor 5. Frazia B. Kagangisa – Widow/Executor 6. The administrators shall prepare update report that shall include the inventory of the assets of the estate and its Bank Accounts. 7. The Defendants/Respondents shall prepare Accountability of the matters they handled during the period in question plus any other information that is helpful to court to determine the dispute over the estate. 8. By consent of the parties this matter shall be subjected to alternative dispute Resolution. (ADR) and by consent of the parties Mr. Joseph Rukanyangira, Advocate, is hereby appointed to preside over the meeting of the parties, without any restriction, to come up with a wholistic Resolutions over all issues arising from the administration of the Estate and this suit in particular.
