The objectors were in possession and control of the property through tenants at the time of attachment. There was no evidence that the transfer to the objectors was fraudulent or concocted. The judgment debtor had no legal or equitable interest in the property at the time of attachment. Applying the Supreme Court precedent in Lawrence Muwanga v Stephen Kyeyune, the property was not liable for attachment and sale in execution of the decree against Tumwesiga Ignatius.
