The Plaintiffs, as executors of the estates of the registered proprietors, hold a valid certificate of title for the suit property, which is conclusive proof of ownership under Ugandan law. The property was repossessed in accordance with the Expropriated Properties Act, and the Plaintiffs have demonstrated actual and physical possession, as well as effective management through tenancy agreements. The Defendants failed to contest the Plaintiffs' evidence or substantiate allegations of forgery. The 1st defendant, having already dealt with the property by issuing a repossession certificate, was functus officio and lacked authority to temporarily allocate the property to the 2nd defendant....
