The Plaintiff introduced SNVO, who initially rented the property with an option to purchase. The terms of the tenancy agreement, including the purchase price and the option to buy, were negotiated and sealed by the Plaintiff. When SNVO exercised the option to purchase, the sale was effected at the price previously agreed upon by the Plaintiff.
