These errors were admitted by all parties and attributed to inadvertent human mistakes rather than deliberate falsification. The errors affected both candidates, sometimes benefiting the Petitioner and sometimes the 1st Respondent. Even if all errors were corrected, the 1st Respondent would still have won by a substantial margin (over 5,000 votes).
