The request for proceedings came about 42 days from the date of judgment. The applicant was still within the time to file an }{ \lang1033\langfe2057\langnp1033\insrsid8878263\charrsid12327143 appeal}{\lang1033\langfe2057\langnp1033\insrsid10162326 , but he had}{\lang1033\langfe2057\langnp1033\insrsid12281330\charrsid12327143 only received a copy of the judgment. It is not known whether he received a reply.
