The court held that, pursuant to the Judiciary's Circulars dated 7th and 21st June 2021, all execution proceedings and processes are suspended for the stated period, including matters where execution had already commenced. The application for a certificate of urgency was dismissed as the act sought to be restrained was already covered by the general suspension. No sale or execution process is to take place until the expiry of the suspension period. Costs will abide the result of the application, which will be heard after the suspension is lifted.
