The Plaintiff failed to demonstrate that he was of unsound mind or a minor to qualify for representation by a next friend, nor was any evidence or authority attached to the Plaint. The procedural defect is fundamental and cannot be cured by reliance on Article 126(2)(e) of the Constitution, as the provision does not override mandatory requirements of the law.
