Procedural Posture

Stay Application / Ruling

  1. 1 Whether the Applicants are entitled to a stay of execution pending determination of Civil Appeal No. 05 of 2021.
  2. 2 Whether the Applicants will suffer substantial or irreparable loss if execution proceeds.
  3. 3 Whether the appeal has a likelihood of success.

Accordingly, the application for stay of execution is dismissed with costs...
