[2000] UGSC 18

The Supreme Court found that both the trial judge and the Court of Appeal properly evaluated the evidence, including the credibility of key prosecution witnesses who were present at the scene during the commission of the offences. The appellants' defences were considered but found unpersuasive in light of the overwhelming evidence, particularly the eyewitness accounts of Omaswa and wardress Bagenda.
