The DIFC Court has jurisdiction to recognise and enforce interim measures in the form of arbitral awards under Articles 42 and 43 of the DIFC Arbitration Law, even where the seat of arbitration is not the DIFC. Article 24(2) is not the exclusive provision for enforcement of interim measures; interim measures in the form of awards may be enforced as arbitral awards under the general enforcement provisions.
