Ratio Decidendi

The Plaintiff is entitled to K8,455,157.80 for unpaid security services as admitted by the 1st Defendant. The Defendants' counterclaim for theft prior to 2015 is statute barred and, for post-2015 incidents, liability is limited to K2,500.00 per incident as per contract. Claims for loss of profit and business were not proved. The amount due for air tickets to the 3rd Defendant and value of goods stolen post-2015 are to be assessed by the Registrar. Interest and costs are awarded as specified.
