The Plaintiff was not unlawfully dismissed as no statutory provision was breached. The Defendant was justified in summarily dismissing the Plaintiff for authorising an irregular transaction and benefiting from it, which constituted breach of contract and negligence. The Plaintiff failed to prove malicious prosecution, false imprisonment, or defamation as there was reasonable and probable cause for the Defendant's actions. The Plaintiff is entitled only to half salary for the suspension period. The Defendant is entitled to damages for breach of contract and negligence, limited to the proven transaction.
