The 1st and 2nd Defendants' title was obtained through fraud by a person impersonating the Plaintiff, and due diligence was not properly conducted. The Certificate of Title issued to them is null and void. The 3rd Defendant (advocate) and 4th Defendant (Registrar/Ministry of Lands) were negligent in failing to detect the fraud, making them liable to the 1st and 2nd Defendants for the loss suffered. The Plaintiff is entitled to cancellation of the fraudulent title, vacant possession, and damages for trespass.
