Only default interest as provided in the lease agreement was permissible. All other charges were penal, illegal, and must be reversed or refunded.

Orders

  • Overdraft cover charges, extension charges, and restructuring fees imposed outside the contract to be reversed or refunded to the appellant with interest at 10% per annum above base rate.
