Ratio Decidendi

The court found that the farm was acquired before the marriage and is not matrimonial property, but the piggeries and vehicles acquired during the marriage are subject to adjustment. Household goods are to be shared equally. The vits vehicle is awarded to the appellant, the two Nissan vehicles to the respondent. The firearm is to be sold and proceeds shared 80% to respondent, 20% to appellant. Custody of the two female children is awarded to the appellant, and the male child to the respondent, with maintenance and access orders as specified. Compensation is not increased due to lack of evidence of disparate income and the respondent's unemployment.
