A Notice of Investigation issued by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission is neither an order nor a direction within the meaning of Section 60 of the Competition and Consumer Protection Act and is therefore not appealable to the Tribunal. The Tribunal lacked jurisdiction to entertain the 1st Respondent's appeal against the Notice of Investigation. The Commission acted within the law in proceeding with its decision. The 1st Respondent was given an opportunity to be heard. The 2nd Respondent was not properly joined to the proceedings.
