Ratio Decidendi

The appeal was allowed because the court below failed to consider undisputed evidence of changed financial circumstances justifying variation of the maintenance order, made a perverse finding regarding the appellant's income, and erred in awarding costs against the appellant. The refusal to transfer the case to Lusaka was also set aside. The custody order was not disturbed as the children were still too young for a change, and such orders are reviewable as circumstances change.
