The Defendant failed to prove entitlement to a performance bonus as there was no written or corroborated evidence. The Defendant's employment was wrongfully terminated by the Third Party without notice or payment in lieu, contrary to the contract. The Defendant is entitled to damages equivalent to 24 months' salary, accrued benefits including gratuity and leave days, but not to the performance bonus, vehicles, or furniture as of right.
