Ratio Decidendi

The Director's Car Policy was expressly incorporated into the Plaintiff's contract of employment, and its computation method for the purchase price of the personal-to-holder vehicle was binding. The Plaintiff was also entitled to a pro-rata bonus for 2019, as he met the minimum service period and was assured of all benefits for the contract's remainder.
