The applicant is entitled to a share in the deceased's estate, including shares in Michalangelo Investments Limited and Property No. F/110a/165, Villa Elizabetha, Lusaka. The respondent's interest in the matrimonial home is a life interest only. Distribution of the estate must be in accordance with Section 7(f) of the Act.
