The Applicant is entitled to a share in the deceased's shares in Michalangelo Investments Limited and Property No. F/110a/165, Villa Elizabetha, Lusaka. The Respondent, as surviving spouse, holds a life interest in the matrimonial home, but cannot dispose of it to the detriment of the Applicant's future interest. The Respondent is restrained from disposing of estate assets pending distribution.
