The trial judge erred in finding that the kwacha denominated claim was unsupported by delivery notes; the official referee's report and documentary evidence established that K366,769,847 was supported by delivery notes. The appellant, however, lacked locus standi to claim the foreign currency denominated amounts as agent for disclosed principals, and those claims were unsupported by delivery notes.
