The Plaintiff, having retired early on medical grounds, was only entitled to pension benefits calculated under Rule 5(a) of the Trust Deed, actuarially reduced for early retirement, and paid per Rule 5(c). He was not entitled to additional lump sum, golden handshake, free passes, or further pension contributions as no evidence of additional contributions was provided and such benefits are reserved for normal retirement at age 55. The Defendant proved overpayment and is entitled to a refund.
