The plaintiff’s calculation of interest is legally permissible as it was done in accordance with the terms of the agreement, and the defendants failed to show any compelling reason for the court to intervene. Both collection commission and attorney-client costs are enforceable as agreed by the parties, in light of the Contractual Penalties Act, and no prejudice was demonstrated by the defendants.
