Service of the notice to remedy breach on the appellant's gardener at his chosen domicilium was effective and proper service under the law. The appellant failed to remedy the breach within the stipulated period, and his subsequent attempt to pay the balance years later was ineffectual. The agreement was lawfully terminated, and the appellant was not entitled to specific performance. The second respondent, having paid the full purchase price, was entitled to transfer and specific performance.
