Ratio Decidendi

The plaintiff, as a duly registered cooperative with a valid offer letter and authority from the relevant ministry, is the lawful holder of Acorn Farm and owner of the administration block. The Group of Eight Holdings Private Limited and its directors have no lawful claim or permit to the property, and any purported lease or permit is null and void. The plaintiff is entitled to evict the G8 and the defendants from the administration block, but must allocate suitable alternative houses to fully paid up members upon eviction.
