The defendant, as alter ego of the company, cannot rely on the lease or the huur gaat voor koop principle, which does not apply to sales in execution or to fraudulent leases. The plaintiff, as registered owner, is entitled to vindicate its property and evict the defendant and all persons claiming through him.
