Provision text
Official sourceA Federal law enacted upon request of a specific Emirate may transfer all or part of the competences of the local judiciary authorities in accordance with the preceding article to the Federal court of first instance. Likewise, a Federal law shall determine the instances in which it is allowed to appeal the decisions of the local judiciary authorities in criminal, civil, commercial and other matters, before the Federal courts provided that the judgment rendered by these courts are final.
