Official source* This article was amended by Constitutional Amendment No. (1) dated 10/02/2009. The Council shall hold an annual ordinary session lasting not less than seven months, commencing on the third week of October each year. It may be called into extraordinary session whenever the need arises. The Council may not consider at an extraordinary session any matter other than those for which it has been called into session.
