Provision text
Official sourceThe annual general budget shall be issued by a law. In all cases, where the budget law has not been promulgated before the beginning of the Financial year, temporary monthly allocation funds may be made by Federal decree on the basis of one twelfth of the funds of the previous financial year. Revenues shall be collected and expenditure disbursed in accordance with the laws in force at the end of the preceding financial year.
