Provision text
Official sourceLaws shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Union within a maximum of two weeks from the date of their signature and promulgation by the President of the Federation pursuant to their ratification by the Supreme Council. Such laws shall become in force one month after the date of their publication in the said Gazette, unless another date is specified in the said law.
