Crimes perpetrated within the boundaries of the permanent Federal capital, except those crimes that fall within the jurisdiction of the Federal Supreme Court according to article (99) of this Constitution. 3. Personal status, civil, commercial and other litigations between individuals that arise in the permanent Federal capital.
