The President and the Judges of the Federal Supreme Court shall not be removed during the exercise of their judiciary functions. Their tenure of office shall not be terminated except for one of the following reasons: 1. Death. 2. Resignation. 3. Expiration of contract term for those appointed for a fixed term or completion of term of their assignment. 4. Reaching retirement age. 5. Incapacity to carry on their functions for health reasons. 6. Disciplinary discharge on basis of the reasons and proceedings stipulated in the law. 7. Appointment to other offices with their consent.
