Official source9. For the purposes of sections 63 and 64 of the Constitution, the Constituencies Boundaries Commission shall be deemed to have carried out a review and to have submitted the relevant report thereon on the 1st October 1979 (that is to say, the date of the last Order made by the Governor under section 59 of the former Constitution giving effect to the last report of the Commission submitted in accordance with the provisions of the former Constitution).
