Short title This Order may be cited as the Constitution of Antigua and Barbuda (Amendment) Act, 2025 (Date of Commencement) Order, 2026. 2. Commencement Date The 1st day of January, 2026 is hereby appointed as the date on which the Constitution of Antigua and Barbuda (Amendment) Act, 2025 (No. 22 of 2025) shall come into operation.
