Official source5. For the purposes of this paragraph the expression "existing law" means any Act, Ordinance, rule, regulation, order or other instrument made in pursuance of or continued in force by or under the former Constitution and having effect as part of the law of Antigua on 31st October 1981 and includes any Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom or Order in Council or other instrument made under any such Act (except this Order and the Supreme Court Order) to the extent that it so had effect on that date.
