1. There shall be a Constituencies Boundaries Commission for Antigua and Barbuda which shall be appointed from time to time to review the number, and the boundaries, of the constituencies and report thereon to the Speaker in accordance with the provisions of this Part and which shall consist of- a. a chairman who shall be appointed by the Governor-General acting in accordance with the advice of the Prime Minister given after the Prime Minister has consulted with the Leader of the Opposition; b. two members appointed by the Governor-General acting in accordance with the advice of the Prime Minister; and c. one member appointed by the Governor-General acting in accordance with the advice of the Leader of the Opposition.
