Provision text
Official source3. The provisions of this section shall not apply in relation to the following offices, that is to say-
a. any office to which section 101 of this Constitution applies;
b. the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions;
c. the office of the Director of Audit;
d. the office of the Attorney-General;
e. the office of the Supervisor of Elections;
f. any office to which section 103 of this Constitution applies;
g. any office in the Police Force.
