Official source2. The persons who, on 31st October 1981, held office as Ministers (other than the Premier) or as Parliamentary Secretaries under the former Constitutionshall, as from 1st November 1981, hold the like offices as if they had been appointed thereto under section 69 or, as the case may be, section 75 of the Constitution.
