The office of a Parliamentary Secretary shall become vacant- a. where for any reason other than a dissolution of Parliament he ceases to be a member of the House of Parliament from among the members of which he was appointed; or b. upon the appointment or re-appointment of any person as Prime Minister; or c. where the Governor-General, acting in accordance with the advice of the Prime Minister, so directs.
