Eligibility for cabinet a. The incumbent of a Ministry must be a Bahraini, aged not less than 30 years by
Minimum age of head of government
Eligibility for head of government the Gregorian Calendar and must enjoy full political and civil rights. Unless
otherwise provided, the provisions pertaining to Ministers apply also to the
Prime Minister.
b. The salaries of the Prime Minister and Ministers shall be laid down by law.
