ARTICLE 113. The Government shall be obliged to furnish to the National Assembly all explanations which shall be demanded of it concerning its management and its activities. The means of information and of control of the Nations Assembly on governmental action shall be: -The interpellation in accordance with Article 71; -The written question; -The oral question with or without debate, and not followed by a vote; -The parliamentary committee of inquiry. These means shall be exercised under the conditions determined by the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly.
