Official sourceArt. 138. - Le président de la République et les membres du Gouvernement sont suspendus de leurs fonctions en cas de mise en accusation pour haute trahison, outrage à l'Assemblée nationale et toute atteinte à l'honneur et à la probité. En cas de condamnation, ils sont déchus de leurs charges.
